1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ragix services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Have read and understood our Privacy Policy
  • Agree to be bound by these terms

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ragix provides AI-powered voice interaction services for businesses, including:

  • Voice AI chatbots for customer support
  • Text-to-speech and speech-to-text capabilities
  • Customizable AI assistants
  • Analytics and reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use the service lawfully and ethically
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must NOT use Ragix to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or malicious content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology
  • Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Create content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

Important: We do NOT store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay) in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance

Free Trial

  • Free trials are available for first-time users
  • No credit card required for free trial
  • Service continues after trial only if you upgrade to a paid plan

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Ragix, its logo, and all related technology, designs, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using Ragix, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or content

8. Termination

By You

You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice when possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
